You are not alone in this.
There are seasons in our lives that feel harder than others. You wonder how you’ll get through this to the other side. I’m here to help.
Maybe you haven’t had the opportunity to heal from something that has happened.
Your sleep isn’t restful, your body is tense, and you find yourself lonely even when others are around.
Your family feels disjointed, and you don’t know how to bring everyone back together.
What is it like to work with me?
Together, we will explore what it means to be human. In our sessions, you will, at times, be looking at past experiences that have been painful. By reflecting on the past, you will be able to live your life more fully in the present. We will go at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you.
I incorporate evidence-based practices of client-centered humanism, existentialism, EMDR, and attachment-based family systems to help develop a stronger and healthier sense of self. In our time together, you work towards healing from the past, setting healthy boundaries, learning assertiveness skills, strengthening your relationships, and creating change in a way that feels true to you.
My northstar is service
Providing therapy is my vocational calling. I integrate my extensive trainings, advanced education, and experience with volunteering internationally into our work together. By having a global perspective rooted in evidence-based practices, I will evoke your inner insights that you may not realized you already have as your very own resource. I will work with you in your hardest and most vulnerable moments. This is a chapter in your life that I can help you move through to the other side of it.
I have been through my own storms and life changes. It has been through others sitting with me during those challenging times that has truly made the difference in how I got through the, In some cases, I learned how to integrate painful experiences into who and where I am today. I have given myself permission to explore, experience, and, when needed, redefine who I am in the world, what I want, and where I want to go next. I can help you do the same on your own path, too.

I am certified in EMDR treatment, which means I have completed advanced training, clinical hours, and consultation in addition to the basic training required of all EMDR therapists. I have completed specific additional EMDR trainings for recent traumatic events, ongoing stress, future worries, workplace events, and groups. This means I can utilized this advanced, research-based knowledge and to adapt each therapy experience to help you meet your goals and get back to living your life.
Growth from Resiliency
What’s in a name? The name Three Leaf Connections grew its inspiration from a purple shamrock plant that was gifted to me by a loved one over 25 years ago. This plant has moved across the country three times, and its roots have survived broken pots, dried up soil, and forgotten waterings. I honestly thought the plant would not survive! Each time, though, the hidden resilient roots pleasantly surprised me by producing small new buds that grow into thriving plants with a little sunshine, care, and patience.
Together, we can nurture your roots back to flourishing and well-being.
