Supervision for MFT Interns

I provide supervision for interns, associates, and pre-licensed Marriage and Family therapists in the states of Tennessee, Virginia, and Nevada. I use a strengths-based approach and incorporate a systems theory perspective in connection with other major models of therapy.

My purpose as a supervisor is to empower, develop, teach, and guide supervisees into becoming healthy, self-aware mental health professionals. Supervisees can expect to develop clinical skills, professional competencies, and ethical and legal decision-making; nurture the self of the therapist within the their value system; and actively participate in a process-oriented supervision space with a safe and respectful supervisory relationship.
